Yes, but there is a work around for that. SafetyNet is not allowed to remove Safari, but you can block availability to it. In the Restrictions section of the General Settings, you can enable restrictions and turn off Safari. We also recommend that you either prevent downloading other apps, or at least place a restriction that downloaded apps must be appropriate for ages 4 and older. Otherwise, the user will be able to download another browser from the app store and bypass SafetyNet.
