There are four different major categories of websites that we allow you to filter on:  Adult, Shopping, Social Networking, and Webmail.  The following describes each

Adult
Adult content includes websites with explicit nudity, sexual content, hate speach or extreme violence.  Some simpler examples are porn.com and playboy.com.

Shopping
Shopping websites are any websites that allow the user to spend money.  These may include sites like ebay, amazon.com and zappos.com

Social Networking
Social Networking sites are websites like myspace.com, facebook.com, etc.

WebMail
webmail sites would include hotmail.com and gmail.com.  We include this because some organizations place heavy emphasis on ensuring incoming mail is filtered for inappropriate content and viruses.  Webmail often provides a backdoor for these kinds of messages.
