Websites listed in our Blacklist will be blocked, regardless of whether that site is listed in any of our categories of blocked sites.  As a result, Blacklists allow the user to block sites that you find uniquely offensive.

Whitelists work in the opposite way.  If there is a site that we currently block to which you wish to allow access, you can put that site in our Whitelist in order to override our restrictions.
